Prana and apana, sthira and sukha are yogic concepts that refer to the function of life.  Prana and apana are the processes of bringing nutrients in, then releasing waste.  Sthira and sukha are the structure and space needed for proper function.  In a literal sense, there are objects and living things in nature to explore but what about people?  What’s my prana, apana, sthira sukha? The Form and Function of my life? How is it that I can make room for good that people can bring while leaving room for the waste they bring to pass?  These are the spaces where both gathering and release happen.  These are the muses that I’ve learned from. Muses that are sometimes temporary.
