Educator Investigations is responsible for聽ensuring that Texas educators meet the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior. Staff reviews criminal histories and reports of misconduct聽to determine if a sanction should be placed on an educator's credentials or,聽in the case of a non-certified employee, whether or not he or she is employable.
